Synergy a new Windows utility for setting up your own custom Analog Rytm environment. It boats a full suite of features and options.
"Synergy" is a semi-modular MIDI sequencer environment for the Microsoft Windows platform (it’s been ported to Linux but this release only includes the Windows version).
This release contains a stripped down but otherwise fully functional version of the software that focuses on its "Elektron Analog Rytm" (AR) specific features.
The developer has shared their main motivation for the software:
The main motivation for writing this software was to improve the workflow with the Analog Rytm, especially in live or live-like recording situations.
Among other things, the software allows you to
Have an "unlimited" number of kits/patterns objects
These objects can be named and sorted at will
It’s no longer necessary to care about kit and pattern "numbers", just create a new kit/pattern if you need one
Store all kits/pattern/.. objects on a computer for easy recall
Due to technical limitations of the Analog Rytm, this excludes samples, so just use the regular AR projects for that
Change kits/patterns with the press of a single trigger button ("beat juggling")
Change track mutes with the trigger buttons and use the performance controller pads at the same time
Store and recall mute setups
Store and recall performance controller setups
Morph between different performance controller setups (in user-defined time) ("transition")
Use the Analog Rytm to control other MIDI gear
